Services

Aria Barbershop provides men's grooming services including haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and related barbering services at our physical location at 480 Hespeler Rd, Unit 21A, Cambridge, ON N1R 7R9. This website is for informational purposes only and does not process transactions directly.

Online Booking

Our website links to Booksy, a third-party booking platform, for online appointment scheduling. When you book through Booksy, you are subject to Booksy's own terms of service and privacy policy. Aria Barbershop is not responsible for the functionality, security, or policies of the Booksy platform.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Walk-ins: We accept walk-in customers subject to barber availability. We cannot guarantee service without an appointment.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as early as possible by calling 519-620-3030 or through the Booksy app.
• No-shows: Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges through the Booksy platform.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next customer.

Pricing and Payment

All service prices are listed on our Services & Prices page and are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected at the barbershop at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.

Refunds and Satisfaction

We strive to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a complimentary fix or adjustment. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services that have been fully rendered are generally non-refundable.
